The company has targeted Tier 2, Tier 3 cities and rural areas from Wynk Tube. This app can also be used in entry level smartphones. Bharti Airtel's CFO (Content and App) Sameer Batra said on the occasion of the launch, "There is a large population in rural areas including Tier-II and Tier-3 who wants to listen to music and watch videos.
